SINCRO "MILL" Cable Processors
Product Description
The latest compact processing plant series is the SINCRO MILL. It processes Al or Cu fine wire and rigid copper cables all at once without any pre-sorting.
The SINCRO MILL includes a primary granulator, a zigzag separator, a high-speed refining mill and a vibratory air separating table. Aluminum and Copper wire recovery rates range between 99%-100%.
Heavy granular plugs, connectors, and rigid copper wire are separated directly from the zigzag. Very thin wire is reduced further by the refiner. This improves the quality of separation and reduces the loss of metal in plastic.
An additional aspiration system can be added to recover any fines loss for 100% recovery.
*A Pre-Shredder is required to meet production.
